1 Roles & Definitions

2 Account Registration

• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Mailbet bears no liability if you share your password with a third party.

• Transferring, selling, or lending your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

Mailbet strictly 18+ Age Policy No one under the age of 18 is permitted to create an account or play on Mailbet. Any of the following documents may be submitted for age verification:

• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (with supporting documents)

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Funds derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Mailbet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require you to wager 20x to 40x the bonus amount before you can make a withdrawal.
• Time Limit: If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of the bonus being issued, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some games do not contribute, or contribute only partially, toward bonus wagering requirements. This will be specified in the terms of each individual bonus.

• Fraud Prohibited: If evidence of bonus system abuse is found, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

The following gaming rules are mandatory for all members on Mailbet:

• All game outcomes are determined by an independent and verified Random Number Generator (RNG) is determined by. Results are completely fair and not predetermined.
• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, the affected round will be deemed void and the wagered amount will be refunded.

• Intentional disconnection during a game will not result in a refund of the wagered amount.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Abusing the bonus system by creating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Mailbet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts, with or without notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• If false information provided during registration is discovered.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• If you submit a request to close your own account.

Members can also close their account at any time by contacting customer support. All valid withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

9 Responsible Gaming
